Here are some of the key features that Control Resource's maintenance and service program includes:

System Database and Programming
  • Confirm user interface connectivity
  • Perform complete system wide database back up (provide copy to owner on a removable drive & also store on Control Resources server)
  • Review the current alarms list, noting any active and recurring alarms
  • Review/Modify alarm routing
  • Review set points and schedules for appropriate settings
  • Verify the operation of system graphics 
  • Review specific summaries and/or data trends

JACE Panels
  • Verify IP network communications and usage
  • Verify unitary network scan operation and performance
  • Verify battery backup (if applicable)
  • Review diagnostic LEDs
  • Visually inspect for excessive heat, dust, loose connections, condition of wiring, etc.
  • Check resource usage including instantaneous CPU and memory use

Unitary Controllers
  • Verify communications
  • Review problematic inputs/outputs

System Software Revisions
  • Confirm that Tridium and JAVA software are at current or most appropriate revision level

Miscellaneous
  • Verify ability to remotely report alarms and remotely access the system
  • Verify accuracy of the global outside temperature and humidity sensors
